Rachel Gregory and Catherine Smith were college roommates who both have a heart for unreached people throughout the world. They both worked with refugee children, victims of human trafficking, and within their churches. 

When they travelled to Uganda in 2016 with a group of college friends, they clearly saw what the Lord had in store for Whispers of Love. They began serving children who had been severely abused, neglected, among many other effects of poverty. 

Today they have served over 300 children through residential care, education programs, orphan prevention & family reunification.
